At POSSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
